Everyone is familiar with the old axiom that you get what you pay for. Well in the building trades this is not actually true. You get what the people doing the work are being paid to give you.

If you hire a contractor to do the work and he sits in an office while his crew does the work, you will receive only the quality of work these people are being paid to give you. The contractors years of experience are meaningless if the people doing the work are not qualified. 

If you hire a contractor that subcontracts the work to another company, will you be getting the value that you expect? Will this other company be properly licensed and insured? Will your project's needs be taken care of according to the contract?

Bauer Painting does not send unsupervised crews of underpaid unqaulified employees and we do not hire subcontractors. When you hire Bauer Painting I will be on the jobsite to guarantee that all work is performed in a professional manner and that all aspects of the contract are fulfilled, to the letter. We use high quality paints and materials applied by qualified professional painters.

Bauer Painting never gives a price quotation without seeing the work to be done. Every job has unique problems that need to be solved. No one knows what needs to be done to solve these problems without making a visual inspection of the job. Upon inspection of your project we can then discuss your needs and expectations to formulate the proper method of painting your project at a price that will fit your budget.

Value is not found in the price paid for services rendered but it can be found within the satisfaction of the services recieved.
